      Okay guys I think I might have solved the problem . We can make and play these tourneys very easily . 
      All we have to do when creating the tourney is create it like usual . BUT when you make the title you put
      " THE RULES FOR THIS TOURNAMENT ARE IN THE FORUM IN THE NAME BEGINNER # 5 .
      Any one that didn't already know the rules would have to look them up before playing .
      That way only a fking moron would play it . And if he did . It would be his last tourney in this CC . 
      We could make others with titles like that . Sounds like the best plan yet . What do you think ?

    Hey Paul...the last 2 bracket tournaments had " a guy" withdrawing from both...wTF. Is there anyway of banning him from the Bracket Tournamentsand also the Beginners tournament or do you just have to drop them. In the tournamentas he's not taking up a slot that someone else might want to play but get locked out because it fil up before they can. Your decision on how to stop this...Jim

    Tired about addressing this matter and I can find and/o figure out a soltion. Giving up on trying to get this right but get wayyyyyyyyyyyy to complicated to finish both the Brscket Tournamentd and the Bef]ginners Tour NO EACH SEEM TOHAVE TROUBLE....mY OPINION IS TO DO AWAY WITH THE BEGINNER TOURNAMENT TOURAMENT AL TOHGHTER  AND CONCERWRATE ON THE BRACKET TOURNAMRNSS SO LONG GEEAT THERE ARE NUMUROUS MEMBERS WHO wITHDRAR AND I'M KEEPING THOSE (ITIS GONNA BE PAUL TO HANDLE ABOUT DROPPING PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO NOT GIVE A DAMN...jIM

     The beginner equipment issue is solved . Period . Read above .
     
      The bracket issue is almost solved by way of myself personally PMing  ( not publicly ) dealing with each one . It is as good as solved .
