  Since the untimely departure of the Icon that IS ANDYSON . 

  Some very big realizations have led to some very remarkable occurrences . 
  Many were surprised and many were not . When our host WGT took the hands off stand that they did . In reaction to the obvious and necessary need for an  honorable memorium (s) for this legendary figure .
  What then with out much hesitation began an effort by more of the Legendary Icons and dozens and dozens and surely eventually hundreds of the body of the real force here in WGT .

  Do you mean this one ? Because I have had similar scenarios with a screenshot for the two rounds I played in the 24 hour period . The answer was they do not record the time stamps . And cannot verify the individual rounds . If the automated time keeper says it has been more than 24 hours . Then that is what they go by 

Howdy . How are you liking the CC ? Haven't heard from you much . We need to . Just a little more . That's the way it works here . You can probably already tell that what you have access to and the variety of formats is above and beyond what you will find in most CC's . We don't require minimums or mandatories of anything . Just play when you can and make yourself present . You don't need to chat or socialize . Just say hey . If you cannot do that . This not the right place for you .

  This ad below . Left by xbritewood . Representing " APABCC " . Is what the general population of WGTers consider " POACHING " . I do not believe it is poaching or improper or in bad taste at all . k



  WGT does not provide any lists or ledgers of Players across the board , available , and not belonging to CC's . ( with the exception of the tournament leader boards ) . Which is full,of long time members with no friends on their list , not at all interested in CC's . 

  Which leaves the recruiters for CC's no other choice but to post on the walls of players already belonging to CC's . 

  I do not have a problem with this . I do not think it will bring any successful results though . None . There maybe a rare occasion that you will hit an active member of a CC . That is ready for a change . But that is a slim possibility . I think that is what bothers most people . Why would a CC post an advertisement on the wall of an active member in an active CC ? There is virtually almost no chance it will work . 

  The reason is that there is nowhere else to post your ad . CC Corner is mostly only visited by CC Owners bumping their own ads . So that's not a good place . The tournament leader boards is a bomb . The CC's that have been abandoned by their owners might have a member or two that have played in 2016 . Not good prospects either . There is no list of abandoned CC's either . The search feature for the CC's will give you 1 short page of the title you typed in the search . There is no way to even see pages 2 through 179 of that topic or title , only the first page . Then you can change to view the first page of another subject . This type of search will frustrate one quickly and yield no results . 

  So I cannot blame CC's that are posting on the walls of active members of active CC's . As it is purely out of desperation and a complete fail of the hosts of the site to provide viable lists . 

  After so many pages and time has been wasted on the poaching subject . Why something has not been done about this . Is beyond me . When the pressure is not on them ( WGT ). They will remain completely invisible . All the heat about this in the past has been completely player , members , poster ignited . WGT could care less whether some " POACHES " . Because it is not poaching and not against any rules . Only forum posters have an opinion about it . For some damn reason most have been convinced that it is some evil act . In poor taste . And worthy of a public beheading . 

  I am an owner . I wish I could " POACH " . I do not . Advertising on my members wall is at the most . Humorous and annoying . But not annoying enough to complain about it . Knowing they have no alternative .

You are right . There is more to this virtual online golf than hitting a ball . 

  WGT provides a platform and the basics for us to create CC's . After that it is up to the CC to find success according to its own agenda . Of which there is an endless amount of CC's all with different agendas .

  If you have read our guidelines .subject title VOTSCC RULES AND GUIDLINES FOR MEMBERS . 

  You will see what I have found to work during our most successful times . Having up to 90 members . We have had our best times at between 45 and 60 members . 

  The first 5 things on the list are very easy and must be met when joining VOTSCC . To be able to enjoy and utilize our many tourneys and events and formats in the way you choose to hone your skills , lower your average , move up in tiers . All while having as gr8 of an experience as you can in our CC while spending your time in WGT . 

  That is what I would like to happen . And has happened at times . Like a well oiled engine running on all cylinders .

  You have to trust that I know what I am talking about . There is much more to it than just the guidelines . Things come up all the time . And your input is as valuable as mine . As everyone elses is as well . 

  So you can show me that you mean what you say . And play some CC tourneys . Register in our website with your WGT username .https://www.valleyofthesuncc.com/ That will be a good start .

  This is also a bump for the information and benefit of the newer members . But just a reminder to anyone  that we have this ongoing challenge as well . These appear in the  CC tourneys CTTH section . There are usually 2 courses going at the same . They are unlimited play for 72 hours . Through all 35 CTTH courses . Then we start over again .

  This is TEAM VOTSCC  our  Interplay team and CC representatives . Who play matches I set up with other CC's . Where each member is matched with a member from another CC . The 2 of them usually have 2 weeks to arrange and play 1 or 2 matches . 

  These are fun . And a GR8 way to meet other members from other fun CC's . For me I have continued to play matches with members from every CC . And is a GR8 way to represent our CC in a positive , sporting way . 

  Looking to get back to 16 players .

  Hello to anyone who is not already participating in our bracket tourneys When we were at 50 to 60 members we were able to fill both a stroke bracket and a CTTH bracket regularly .  Just running stroke now . But still with 113 consecutive bracket tourneys and now 74 stroke brackets . A very fun event .

Paul, running a good CC is very difficult. It is an honorable quest, although not often successful. There is no shame in stepping down and joining another CC. You have friends on here..what CC's do they belong to? Perhaps join one of theirs. Far less stress and much more enjoyment. What it's all about..

  My CC and my website are more of a draw to me here than anything else . I didn't mention anything about quitting my CC . the day I quit WGT will be the last day of the WGT VOTSCC . My website will live on forever . http://www.valleyofthes/uncc.com .

  It may evolve or change or change . 

  But CT this is the sort of thing i am talking about . I never had a problem with you before . And I don't want to . But who posts a public message on a CC owners wall ? Encouraging him to step down from his own CC ? I had not mentioned that because it is not a possibility . Who does that ? 

  i could delete it immediately . I am sure some owners would . Would not want their members to see a suggestion like that . Not very good for moral . But I am good . But WTH ?

I have never seen an owner publically bemoan his own Club and slag its' members for continued lack of participation.Then you state concern these same people may read my post?  Your posts and responses are becoming stranger and more disconnected from reality. I have a high tolerance for disappointment . Beginning with myself . I also have an understanding as to how hard things can be for others .

  Disagreements and controversy can make good food for building strength . Both sides must have a willingness to listen , compromise , learn and grow . It can't be one sided though . I am willing to do all those things . Anything to help this CC . I have been corrected and made changes dozens of times . I just want to go with what works . Not what sounds good and doesn't work . Had enough of that .
