It's been a while since I expressed some of my objectives for the CC . First of all I like and respect everyone that joins our club . I realize that not everyone knows what a CC is all about . Many have different reasons for joining . I really don't know how many of the other clubs are run . They are all different . What I want to emphasize in our CC is that whatever tier you are . That you feel comfortable here , part of a team of players that come here to find conditions that enable them to improve their game , hone their skills , lower their scores ,lower their averages , move up in tiers . Enjoyably and comfortably with the conditions that challenge them enough to keep that drive without the frustrationsof regular game play . All that is completely possible by either creating those tourneys yourself or by messaging me about it . Or someone else in your tier that has been creating tourneys . Any kind of information that you need to know should be provided here , any kind of appp , calculator , help , tutorial , tournament , statistic , message , opinion , gripe , compliment , etc , etc . Should able to be aqcuired here ( or in our website , as it may be easier there ). With your help , all of this can be done easily . We already have a good start . I am going to be here for a very long time trying to achieve all this . For any of you that think it's a good direction for your CC to go in . Then lets keep on keepin on . Sincerely , Your Co team member PDB1 , Paul ( sitting here on a rare rainy day ) May the SUN always be with you
Re: Where are the Flags ?By Bertasion in Valley of the Sun Casual Club The other day upon the heather fair I hit a flagstick that was not there. I saw it's shadow and heard the clank but where it stood was just a blank. It was not there again today. I wonder when it will come back and stay. Brian

I guess you all don't agree . That is disturbing . I don't think you all want to continue do things and most importantly not doing things that disturb me .
Unless you have a good argument for these things that are supposed to be common sense .
It is I that will lose out . And decide that there just isn't any point in continuing . I don't take this personally . Like you may think . I feel for the whole CC . It saddens me to see it suffer . In areas that are part of the structure and message and backbone that is VOTSCC .
I can't make anyone care or understand . I can't expect that you even think what I am doing makes any sense . Even though most actions and protocols are spelled out . With the reasons that they are in place . Mostly because in better times . These common routines showed to be ones that were part of what popularly contributed to success .
Not just because I thought it sounded good . Or because I just happened to like or prefer it .
In the thread DOES ANYONE REALLY EVEN CARE ?
There are many touching heart felt responses . They make me proud . As well as the dedication shown in
Roll Call for Paul
Those are awesome words . They mean a lot . But so do actions . Actions fire up the whole CC .
I don't need a fire lit under my ass . I got it like that already . It is not me you should be concerned about .
It's the whole banana . That's where my concern lies .
After all these years . I rarely falter . I rarely change . I rarely have second thoughts about my intent and what has shown to work . I don't think i ever will . What we have in place really is the minimal efforts that ensure that this GR8 venture continues success . Most of all of the current wonderful members have affirmed this at various times .
Yesterday . It looked like i missed a day the day before I did not . I don't know what happened yet . But that was of no doing by any of you .
That bracket round had not started yet period . Still a mystery . I am sure I will get over that one too .
Rant over . Off to work . Might be hard to tell . But I love you guys .
May the SUN always be with us .

Hi Paul...first off, let me say I love the putting format you instituted,,,,,it was very fun. I thought I might have won it with my 40 something, but Don came out of no where and beat me (by a couple feet,,,I was heart broken (lol...very well played Don. Second, I can see you're a little pissed with the way things are going in the CC....we have numerous members playing the Tournaments (especially the one's with a credit pay out). The one thing I know is your pet peeve is the multiplayer rounds...you're right about that, There are a lot of members who work full time and has to come home and tend to their family business....WGT is relaxing to me and I enjoy the hell out of it. Keep your head up my friend ....that way someone has a clear shot at you. I'm one of the lucky one's who get to play often.....I'm not getting better but as they say, a bad day on a golf course is better than a good day at work....keep the faith...we have a great bunch of members and most of the time we have a lot members of the club ust spend playing.....Jim

Please don't confuse my frustration with anger or being pissed .JimQ916:

I have many pet peeves . Multiplayer rounds used to be one of them . Once I got it through my head that this group just doesn't like that format . I gave up on it . That format used to be a daily part of the routine for the CC . It is no longer . It is nice enough to play various members now and then . It also has nothing to do withJimQ916:
members who work full time and has to come home and tend to their family business.
That format is just not a priority to this group . That is fine . I haven't said anything about it for a very long time .
But yes I do have current pet peeves .
