CC vs CC or Interplay or Clashes are 3 in the same .

   They all mean CC vs CC .

   WGT has its own version that they spring up on us every couple of weeks or so .

   Much different than the independent events that have been going on between CC's since CC's were created here .

   This is the basic format .

CC's interested in playing against other CC's have various means of communicating and contacting each other .

The idea is to arrange an event that matches two rosters with some sort of parity to play rounds With 1 or a team from one CC to play another CC .

For instance for single player . Matchplay or Strokeplay . 2 player ( teams ) would play Alternate Shot .

Once the format is agreed upon . The host CC matches up their roster with the other . Picks a course and provides the line up to the opposing CC .

   It is then the responsibility of the two opponents from both teams to contact and arrange a match at both of their convenience . There is usually a 2 to 3 week period in which to play this one match with your opponent from the other CC .

Once the match has been played . The results are reported to your respective event director . Me .

After all the matches have been played and the results recorded . You will have a tally and the event is over

  This is kind of a guideline so we can kind of stay on the same page during these long running events . usually 2 to 3 weeks to be sure each match up can talk to and arrange and play a match with each other .

At the start of the event I will provide by post the matchups & your opponents .

I will tell you the course or courses the other owner and I discussed and also the length of the event if I know it .

I will also ask you to keep me updated on the progress or not progress of your match .

This is very necessary for one , because I just need to know . and the other owner and I need to know what to tell each other .

  I need to know if the two of you have or haven't communicated I need to know if you have arranged for the match to be played . I need to know if none of this has happened .The way to notify is to post in the thread for the match . Or message me personally .

You can say :

I cannot get in touch with the guy

The guy doesn't respond to me

I spoke to the guy and we are going to play on today , tomorrow , the weekend , next week etc .

Whatever so long as you do it a couple times each week .

Some of you guys are very good about that . And did it perfectly in the last event . That is the only way I am willing to procede with any more of this type of event . There has to be that little bit of communication from every one of you . Thank you .

Next . Posting your score .

In the forum thread for the event . Please just state there that your round has been played and the results were either you up by # or your opponent up by # .In the website . There is a forum just for these events .

Once you click on that . You will see several forum topics . One of them will say

POST YOUR SCORES HERE FOR CC vs CC WITH BAD MOON RISING

You click on that . In the red quick reply box you type your username and his username and who won by how many up and or down . If you don't know how to do this . I will be patient until you figure it out . Or you can ask for help
