    working on personal project that hopefully yield enhanced experience on WGT.. NO...no hackiing or code manipulation..
    .1- Setting  up a web server locally.. Need to configure  web server so it doesn't give away any information about me, my computer, or my location. Configuring a Dell Precision T7400 Workstation
    Tor allows clients and relays to offer hidden services. That is, you can offer a web server, SSH server, etc., without revealing your IP address to its users. In fact, because you don't use any public address, you can run a hidden service from behind your firewall.. That makes it possible for users to hide their locations while offering various kinds of services, such as web publishing or an instant messaging server. Using Tor "rendezvous points," other Tor users can connect to these hidden services, each without knowing the other's network identity. 
    2. Building a custom game board utilizing  nVIDIA  JETSON TEGRA  K1 (TK1)  for my core, which is used in the Acer Chromebook 13. The Tegra K1 has four Cortex-A15 cores clocked as high as 2.22GHz, which is very high.
    THERE IS NOTHING CONSIDERED  ILLEGAL HAPPENING DURING OR AFTER MY INVESTIGATION.
    Results. Understanding the B-Zillion variables  that MAY contribute to the Inconsistencies of smooth play,  independently want to eliminate big outside influences, mainly ISP, and see if any measurable data can be evaluated I will run a series on this project ASAP.

    Thank you very much Andrew. The link is to free movies / tv shows / etc.. its ultra clean. I threw it together personally.  BTW: didn't you inquire about FreedomPop awhile back for your Mom? I responded about a week late. I t  is Almost free, however, they buy back the device at same price you paid. I use there usb broadband 4G/3G backup.  They do good work there and you cant bet the pricing. They make their money on side-bar apps  not plans
